The Telephone for Mac softphone is not officially supported by Vonage. However, the information provided below may help you set up your device to work with your Vonage Business system.

Vonage Business Download Pc

1. Add the Softphone to an extension on your Vonage Business account. Refer to Add a Phone to an Extension for details.
2. Under the Devices section, note the following information:
   • Extension Number
   • SIP/Authorization ID
   • SIP Password (If you do not know the extension’s SIP Password, just change it and click Save.)
3. Open Telephone and enter the information from your Device Profile as below:
   NOTE: In the image above, the domain information is formatted as sip-XXXXX.accounts.vocalocity.com. The XXXXX represents your five-digit Vonage account number.
4. Click Done. Telephone for Mac is now configured to your Vonage extension and ready to use.
